How long does it take to get started with Mavrix?

Joining Mavrix Insurance Services typically takes about two weeks.

During this time, we’ll get to know each other, confirm alignment, and complete onboarding to our technology and workflows. You’ll gain access to our CRM, AMS, proposal tools, and marketing resources so you’re ready to operate within the Mavrix model.

By the end of the two weeks, you can begin marketing and quoting with full Mavrix support.

Will I have to log into a lot of different tools to use the Mavrix tech stack?

No, you’ll only need one login to access our integrated tech stack that includes CRM, AMS, proposal generation and marketing tools. We believe technology should reduce friction in your workflow, not add complications. We’ve created an easy-to-use solution that adapts to your workflow.

What type of marketing support does Mavrix offer?

You’ll have access to customizable materials like social media templates, email content, and brand kits, along with guidance on how to use them effectively. Our tools help you stay visible, connect with clients, and keep your marketing consistent.

What if I get leads outside of my specialty?

Many agents come across lucrative accounts they can’t place themselves. Our model helps you keep those opportunities by connecting you with our specialized team for placement support. When you have a large client or lead outside your specialty, you can refer it to our team and earn revenue by doing so.

I'm currently part of another insurance model (franchise, aggregator, captive, or network). Why should I consider Mavrix?

Mavrix offers a centralized brokerage model built to support licensed insurance agents without the constraints commonly found in franchises, aggregators, captive arrangements, or other agency networks. Our technology, workflows, and account management structure reduce administrative burden while supporting the insurance lifecycle from quoting through renewal. Mavrix is backed by Heffernan Insurance Brokers, an employee-owned brokerage recognized for its niche expertise and strong carrier relationships. Agents earn a competitive commission on both new and renewed business, with centralized support that allows them to focus on selling and managing client relationships. If you’re evaluating alternative models, we’re happy to discuss whether Mavrix is the right fit.

I’m getting ready for retirement and want to reduce my workload. Is Mavrix a good fit?
