She has served in executive positions across carriers, brokerages, TPAs, and Insurtech firms, with expertise in operations, compliance, and strategic growth. Most recently, she was Chief Operations Officer at Heffernan Insurance Brokers, where she oversaw systems, compliance, learning and development, analytics, and quality improvement. At Mavrix, she directs the company’s vision, infrastructure, and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
