Zach Hickson is Vice President of Sales at Mavrix Insurance Services with more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. He built his career growing agencies and developing high-performing sales teams, earning multiple Presidents Club honors with Zurich and Brown & Brown while consistently exceeding production goals across every role he held. Most recently, he founded Universal Group Tennessee, scaling it from the ground up before it was acquired by a national brokerage. At Mavrix, he leads sales strategy and drives growth by partnering with agents to expand their book of business and deliver results.
